He completed a dual MBA degree from Columbia Business School and University of California, Berkeley. Stephen enjoys snowboarding and playing chess.

Armando is a software engineer and technical architect with over 10 years experience. He has delivered complex technology solutions in several Fortune 500 organizations. Armando holds degress in Computer Engineer/Computer Science from Instituto Tecnologico Autonomo de Mexico. He loves to play basketball and play the guitar.
Nicole Johnson - Creative Lead
Nicole has over 13 years experience planning, designing and implementing successful marketing campaigns, user interface design and creative direction. In the last five years Nicole has become more focused on understanding user behaviors and creating more user-centric design. She studied marketing and design at Brown College, University of Wisconsin - Eau Claire and University of Tampa. Nicole enjoys music, traveling and cooking.
Carlos Perez - Visual Developer
Carlos Perez is a visual designer - crossing the bridge between creative visual design and visual development. He has over 13 years experience in graphic design, user interaction, and user interface design. Carlos spends his free time snowboarding, biking, and traveling.

A recent graduate of Washington University in Saint Louis, Ben majored in Marketing, Entrepreneurship, and Organization and Human Resources. Ben has lived for months at a time in 14 different countries around the world leading adventure expedition and community service trips. He enjoys listening to music and adventure.
