We are the first to recognize it's not enough just to have your documents & information protected. Having them organized in an intuitive way for storage and retrieval is key to keep the management of your life's data easy. So how do we do this and make it simple for you?

This structure aligns to your life and further we customize it for you real-time based on your demographics and personal situation. In the end, this approach helps us let you know what you should be thinking about, protecting, and sharing from a document perspective - so you will never be caught off-guard.

Very few of us, even those that are very organized, have the time, knowledge, or capacity to completely organize all of the high value information assets in our lives. Even if we did, there was no good method of enabling this information to be actionable. LifeCellar has done all of this "thinking" for you, and provides a simple place and method for you to organize all of the information in your life that is relevant to you (e.g. insurance, taxes, travel, wills, trusts, real estate documents, and much more.) Having our information protected is not enough - it has to be organized for us to make effective use of it. Safe Box. © This product gives you even more security by building an additional layer of login beyond your core LifeCellar. For example you may want to share some details related to a credit card account, but not all of them - you can choose who would have access to the due date, payment information, credit card number, expiration date, or the CID on the back of the card. Its totally up to you - and the rest of the information will be masked out unless the other party has the Safe Box code.

Circles of Trust © allows you to share details down to the item level, and determine quickly who has access to what - so you can feel confident about your documents.

What if there was an easy way to securely share all of the documents and information you have in your life with people who support or help you? Well, there is. LifeCellar allows you to share your most important documents & information with those individuals, organizations, or companies you trust, based on our Circle of Trust ©

Simply create a user and/or group (circle) and add the information or document object you want to share with that user and/or group. For example if you have a financial planner (this could be your uncle Joe, a friend, or business colleague), an attorney, a trust manager/planner, teacher/professor, or other personal constituent - you would have the ability to add them to any section of your LifeCellar repository.

This is particularly useful for:

• Communicating with your family for estate planning
• Transitioning during a critical phase of life (changing jobs, weddings, moving, birth, etc.)
• Purchase or sale of real estate
• Planning a move
• Planning succession in a small business or family business
• Helping a family member transfer financials, assets, or other critical information
• Your Circle of Trust© will be a powerful way to manage all of these types of events and relationships - and its very flexible, so if there are scenarios that you have in mind beyond the ones listed, it will accommodate them.

Time or event based sharing. Have you ever needed to share out a document on or after a particular date? How about after a specific event occurs (a birth, death, transaction completing, etc.). Well, LifeCellar brings maximum flexibility to your document sharing needs - we allow you to share a document with a contact based on one of these occurrences. Simply select which trigger you would like to apply to a document, and voila, LifeCellar manages this process for you.
